Click on the desired photo with the right mouse button and choose “Save Picture As” or “Save Image” (exact menu item may vary from browser to browser).
[Top]
Why does it take so long for the pictures to load?
Most sites on the net were designed for at least 56K modems. If your connection speed is slower, you may want to consider purchasing a new modem and/or upgrading your connection, e.g., using DSL. If you do have a 56K already, make sure your modem and connection are configured properly. Please contact your ISP (internet service provider) and/or modem manufacturer for more information.
[Top]

I have Internet Explorer, does it work with video?
Our live shows and videos are compatible with all browsers unless otherwise stated. However, as technology develops, older browsers may be unable to display certain things. In these cases installing a plug-in may be necessary to see this or that content type. We recommend upgrading your browser regularly and using the latest version of Internet Explorer for better viewing experience.
[Top]
I cannot see all videos and/or have problems viewing videos.
Trial membership users have limited access to videos, previewing the first few clips of our websites. If you access our sites using AOL or an Internet connection window like MSN, Earthlink, or others, you may experience problems viewing movies. After you connect to the Internet, minimize AOL, or your Internet connection window, and open Internet Explorer and access our sites using IE. The problems may be caused by certain content filtering software, popup blockers, personal firewalls etc. and you may need to disable them.
[Top]

Sometimes the audio sounds bad, why does not it play smoothly?
If your connection is slower than 56K, it may mean you don’t have enough bandwidth to receive audio and video simultaneously. While your browser gives priority to video, you can mute the speakers volume.
[Top]
It is possible to make the clips sound and look better?
The first thing to be done here is upgrading your internet connection. You can also press pause now and then to increase the buffer size. The longer the pause, the more data downloads and smoother the consequent piece.
[Top]
The colors in videos look strange.
If your video adapter renders only 256 colors or your display settings make your video card display like that, the videos will look bad. Set your display's control panel to thousands/millions of colors or high color/16 bit by right-clicking on the desktop and choosing "Properties". Relaunching your browser is necessary. If your video hardware is not capable of displaying more than 256 colors at your chosen display resolution, the video will still run but it may be oddly colored and/or look fragmented.
[Top]
Why don’t the movies look as clear as TV?
Large transfer speeds are needed to download TV quality video. Just as the average connection speed increases, videos get better.

The videos just won’t play and/or there are error messages.
